Export Workflow
Delivery is part of the production plan.
Every shipment is reviewed around the actual product: slabs, cut-to-size pieces, bespoke sinks, monolithic elements and hardscape materials each require a different handling and packing strategy.
Export Packaging
Crates, internal support and surface protection are selected around the geometry, finish and handling risk of the finished stone.
Export Documentation
Commercial and shipment documents are coordinated with the order so the receiving team has a clear record of the consignment.
International Delivery
Air, road or sea freight is coordinated according to scale, urgency and destination, with shipment information shared through the delivery process.
Built Around Stone
Heavy, fragile and bespoke pieces need more than standard shipping.
Large-format stone, carved basins, consoles and custom architectural elements introduce different lifting, balance and protection requirements. Packaging is therefore considered as part of the product itself — not as an afterthought at the end of production.

Delivery Framework
Clear responsibilities. Fewer surprises.
Unless otherwise agreed in the project quotation, international deliveries are generally coordinated on a DAP basis. Taja arranges transport to the agreed destination, while destination-country import duties, taxes, customs charges and local import requirements remain the buyer’s responsibility.
For project shipments, route and delivery requirements can be reviewed before production is completed so logistics decisions do not conflict with the finished dimensions or programme.
